Recently, the IADC Drilling Supervisor Level Training, hosted by our company in Xi’an, came to a successful conclusion. After five days of systematic instruction and rigorous assessment, all participating trainees passed with a 100% first-attempt pass rate, earning their IADC Supervisor Level certificates. This outstanding result fully demonstrates the effectiveness of our talent development programs and the professional capability of the Xi’an training base.
The IADC certification is a globally recognized credential in the drilling industry, covering core modules including well control theory and practical skills. This training was closely aligned with international standards and tailored to the company’s operational needs. We adopted a “three-in-one” teaching model that combines:
